Shooting Victim Undergoes Surgery
A Rochester man suffered life threatening injuries after a shooting late Thursday night. Rochester police said that Vincent Phillips, 31, was shot on Weeger Street just before 11 o'clock. Investigators say Phillips was shot in the shoulder and the bullet exited his back.
